When do I start paying for my membership?

You will start paying for your membership from the next available direct debit collection date after joining – direct debit payments are taken on the 1st day of each month. No prorata or join fee will be payable for this membership before the first direct debit collection.

How do I collect my membership card and when can I begin using the centres?

After joining, you will receive an email advising that you have successfully joined, of which more information will follow. Once you have received the first initial email after joining, you can access the centre straight away to collect your card, book a gym induction and begin using the services you have signed up to.

Do I need a gym induction?

We would always recommend a gym induction to get you started, even for those expert gym-goers, but they can be waivered if required. If you would like to book, you can do this with reception on any of your visits to centre, and they are complimentary with your membership.

How do I access Active iTRAIN?

This is available on request by emailing with all of your membership details. Once you have registered for access, you will receive an 8 digit PIN to your email address within 5 working days. You can then take this to Active iTRAIN to enrol your fingerprint for access. You would need to visit between Monday – Friday: 6am-11pm, or Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm and bring the PIN with you to register on the kiosks at the front of the building. Following successful enrolment, you will have 24/7 gym access to Active iTRAIN.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You must contact with your name, DOB, home address, email and telephone number. Your direct debit will be cancelled around 30 days after this date, which will be communicated to you from our team. Please note that this isn’t done automatically, so please ensure you receive a response from our team.
