I joined the fitness industry because of my strong passion for fitness. With over ten years’ experience in coaching and mentoring, I aim to bring out the best in people through encouragement, motivation and guidance.
I am a people person with a proven track record of helping people achieve their goals. Having a family and being a Mum, I understand how difficult it can be. I also know how it feels to struggle with weight loss, however with the right training and nutrition, you can overcome this.
My goal is to help people lose weight and improve their strength, fitness levels, lifestyle and confidence. I want to see all of my clients succeed with their goals and will give them all the support they need to do this. I want to educate my clients about healthy eating and encourage them to ditch dieting. I also wants to educate women on strength training and show how beneficial this is in reducing body fat and building confidence.
