I began my fitness journey 10 years ago in Poland and transformed that passion into a career when I came to England. I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer and currently studying level 4 nutrition for weight management and athletic performance. I specialise in functional training, weight management and kettlebell workouts.
My priority is to help you along in your fitness journey to become the best version of yourself.
I’m dedicated to my clients, providing bespoke workouts tailored to individual needs and goals. I offer 1-1’s as well as group sessions (the more the merrier), so come and say hi.
I started my fitness journey as a response to a demanding Legal career and as an outlet for my stress.
I began kickboxing training before progressing to traditional intense boxing circuits, kettlebell classes and weightlifting. I currently have a Level 3 Fitness Qualification in Personal Training and Nutrition, Circuit training and Spin Qualifications.
After teaching privately, I transitioned to pursue my main passion within fitness which is helping others achieve their fitness goals.
I initially began my Fitness Instructor career at Tameside Wellness Centre before coming to Active Copley.
My key strengths includes Boxing fitness-based classes, H.I.I.T, Kettlebells, Glute and Core training, Spin classes, Strength and Conditioning, Circuit training, and Synrgy360 classes.

My journey into the world of fitness took a different path than most personal trainers. I didn’t start my fitness transformation until later in life. In 2015, at the age of 53.
