Active Copley

Active Copley, located in Stalybridge, is the go-to centre for fitness in Tameside. Our large facility includes a 78-piece fitness suite with 12-part Synrgy 360 station, an exercise studio and a cycle studio with 30 bikes, 2 swimming pools, a thermal spa, 2 squash courts, 4 x 3G 6-a-side Astro Turf pitches, a sports hall with 6 courts, Fuel café and crèche.

We run an extensive group exercise timetable, taught by our friendly and experienced fitness instructors, which features Les Mills classes, Yoga, Zumba, Legs Bums & Tums, Cycle Workout, Aqua Fit and much more.

Our Active Premier membership package gives you access to our gym, pools, classes and spa to keep you motivated, plus access to all of our other Active centres. Alternatively, you can choose a different package to suit you. Find out more about our membership here.
