Active iTRAIN

Important information

Gym capacity is limited to 68 people at any one time. After this limit is reached, you will need to wait outside until another member leaves. You can check how many people are in the gym before you attend, both here and via our app.

Access to group exercise classes is via the Soft Play Zone entrance only and all classes must be booked in advance.

Please arrive dressed ready for your workout.

Active iTRAIN is our 24/7 state of the art gym in Dukinfield, with secure fingerprint entry. iTRAIN is spread over 3 floors, with a 91-piece fitness suite and 8-piece functional training rig, a 65-metre indoor running track and a wide variety of classes to choose from, along with a members’ lounge, Fuel café, crèche, meeting room (to hire) and free onsite parking.

Whether you’re interested in cardio, weightlifting, trying a class, personal training sessions or enjoying a coffee with friends, there’s plenty to choose from at iTRAIN. We have three studios, including a dedicated cycle studio and TRX studio, as well as three weightlifting platforms.

We run an extensive group exercise timetable, with all classes included in your membership. Our classes are taught by our friendly and experienced fitness instructors, and include Les Mills BODYPUMP and GRIT, as well as Spin, TRX, Yoga, Zumba and much more.

Our Active Premier membership package includes iTRAIN and also gives you access to our other Active Tameside gyms, pools, classes and spas, to keep you motivated. iTRAIN-only membership starts from £17.99 a month. Find out more about iTRAIN-only our membership here.
