Active iTrain is our 24/7 certified Hammer Strength gym in Dukinfield, with secure fingerprint entry. iTrain is spread over 2 floors, with 32 Life Fitness cardio machines, 25 pin loaded resistance stations, 9 plate loaded machines, 3 platforms and a 65-metre indoor running track. Our studio spaces offers a wide variety of classes to choose from, along with a members’ lounge, Fuel café, crèche, meeting room (to hire) and free onsite parking & Wi-Fi.

what can I do at Active iTrain?

Whether you’re interested in cardio, weightlifting, trying a fitness class, personal training sessions or enjoying a coffee with friends, there’s plenty to choose from at iTrain. There are 40 different group exercise classes in our studio space.

We run an extensive group exercise timetable, with all classes included in your membership. Our classes are taught by our friendly, qualified and experienced fitness instructors, including Les Mills BODYPUMP, Spin classes, Yoga classes, Zumba classes and much more.

Our staff are always on hand to help with any query you may have or guidance that you may require.

Centre Accessibility

All of our facilities are accessible for wheelchair users. We have ramps and lifts installed at each site. If you visit any of our centres, our staff can show you the facilities and discuss your needs with you.

Gym accessibility

Our gyms are accessible and have wheelchair friendly resistance machines. Please ask a member of staff if you require any assistance.

I am an Active Premier member. How do I get access to Active iTrain?

Please email: hello@activetameside.com and include your membership number, full name and email address.

Are classes included in my Active iTrain membership?

Yes, all classes are included with Active iTrain membership.

Does Active iTrain have a crèche?

Yes, Active iTrain has a crèche for children aged from 3 months up to 8 years old. The price is £2 per hour and you can book 2 hours back to back maximum. You can book the crèche online here or via our app.

How old do I need to be to go to Active iTrain?

You must be aged 16 years or over to attend Active iTrain.

Does Active iTrain do a Corporate membership?

Active Tameside has a Corporate membership, which includes access to Active iTrain and all other Active Tameside sites. To sign up for a Corporate membership, you will just need to come into centre with a valid ID badge or wage slip. If you require any further information, please email: membership@activetameside.com.
