You will need a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification to apply. If you are not currently an employee of Active Tameside, you will be required to undertake a competency assessment.
As a Lifeguard you will ensure the safety of all individuals using the swimming and leisure facilities by supervising activities, responding to emergencies, and promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
