With a Trampoline Zone, Laser Zone and Soft Play Zone, you can jump off the walls, dive from dodgeballs and have a blast at Adventure Longdendale!

Just a short distance from the M67, with free parking and great public transport links we’re easy to get to, wherever you’re travelling from.

Onsite we have everything you need for the perfect day out, whether you choose to do one activity, or all three. Our café serves an array of hot and cold drinks and snacks and will serve up a tasty party menu too.

By car: from the M67 join Hyde Road towards Glossop, then turn right after the petrol station onto John Kennedy Road and take the first right (after the bus terminus) onto Manley Grove.
Alternatively, from the M67 join Stockport Road, turn left onto Ashworth Lane, then left onto John Kennedy Road (at the zebra crossing), follow this road until you reach Manley Grove on your left.
By bus: the Stagecoach 201 bus service and First 387 bus service stop very close to the centre.

What age is the Trampoline Zone for?

Standard entry is for 4+ years. Our Little Bouncers sessions cater for children under 5 years.

Can parents watch in the Trampoline Zone?

We have a comfortable viewing area looking out onto the Trampoline Zone with two screens so all the activity in the area can be seen.

How long do we get in the Trampoline Zone?

Each session lasts for 1 hour.

Can we use our own trampoline socks?

Yes, you can bring your own or we sell them for £1.50 per pair.

What age is the Laser Zone for?

The minimum age for the Laser Zone is 5 years.

How do I book?

Can parents watch in the Laser Zone?

We have a comfortable viewing area outside the Laser Zone, but because of the nature of the game, viewing is limited.

What age is the Soft Play Zone for?

The Soft Play Zone is suitable for children aged up to 12 years.

Do you have a toddler area?

Yes, we have an area specifically for younger children.

Admission Policy +-

Trampoline Zone

  • You have to be aged 4 years or over to bounce.
  • Always empty your pockets before jumping.
  • No sharp objects, jewellery or unauthorised devices are allowed in the Trampoline Zone.
  • Always be aware of those around you.
  • Always wear your grip trampoline socks.
  • It is your responsibility to avoid others. Always bounce in the centre of the trampoline.
  • Always jump and land on two feet.
  • Do not land on your head or neck.
  • Do not affect another jumper’s bounce in any way. No double flips. No double bouncing.
  • No forward moving backflips (gainers).
  • Always remain in control, walk on and off the trampolines. Always follow the directions of the Adventure Longdendale team.
  • Do not jump if an Adventure Longdendale team member is not present.
  • Do not sit or lie down on the floor.
  • No rough play or running.
  • No climbing or hanging on the wall pads or netting.
  • Adventure Longdendale and LUNA Trampolines accept no responsibility or liability for the misuse or inappropriate use of the trampolines.

Laser Zone

  • You have to be aged 5 years or over to play.
  • There may be a variety of ages in the arena at one time.
  • No running, crouching or lying down.
  • No climbing on the scenery.
  • No physical contact with other players.
  • Hold the laser gun with both hands at all times.
  • Always stand at least 2 feet away from other players.
  • An Adventure Longdendale team member is on hand to be sure the equipment is used correctly.
  • Flat shoes that grip must be worn at all times.
  • The Laser Zone is dark with dry ice and lights, players must be aware of their environment and others at all times.
  • The maximum number of participants available is subject to change and there may be some circumstances where maintaining the maximum number is not possible.
  • If you need help during a game please speak to an Adventure Longdendale team member.

Soft Play Zone

  • Visitors to our Soft Play Zone must be under 12 years of age.
  • Adults must stay and supervise their children at all times – there is a cafe area that you can supervise from.
  • No food or drink is to be consumed in the Soft Play Zone.

  • Activities at Adventure Longdendale may be dangerous if the rules of play are not followed and could lead to injury or even death. Participants take part at their own risk.
  • When making a booking for any participants under the age of 18, you are giving the necessary consent for these participants to take part. For any participants who you are not the responsible adult for, by making this booking you are confirming that you have the necessary permission from the relevant responsible adult/s for the children to participate.
  • Adventure Longdendale does not accept liability of loss or injury of any nature through misuse of equipment, or lack of parental supervision, or failure to comply with the rules.
  • Participants must be booked in and present within the arena 10 minutes prior to the start of a trampoline session for the induction.
  • Participants using the soft play must be supervised at all times.
  • Please note that we do not recommend our activities for people who are pregnant or have recently had surgery, injuries or neck, back or heart problems.
  • People with medical conditions play at their own risk and must consider if Adventure Longdendale activities are suitable for them to take part.
  • You will not be allowed to participate in any activity if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Participants must not enter the Trampoline Zone or Laser Zone without permission from the instructor.
  • Participants must respect the direction and instruction of the Adventure Longdendale team.
  • Threatening and bad language is not tolerated at Adventure Longdendale and can result in refusal of entry.
  • Adventure Longdendale reserves all rights to refuse admission.
  • Adventure Longdendale reserves the rights to alter times, activities and prices without notification.
  • Activities are non-refundable once you are booked in.
  • Arriving late for an activity may mean you miss your activity and no refund will be offered.
