We welcome everyone, no matter the need or ability to enjoy our facilities, therefore anyone that requires a companion to support whilst accessing our activities/services, can apply for a companion pass through the application below.

Eligibility

To apply, you need one of the following documents as verification:

Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance letter (children under 16)
DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) letter (aged 16-64)
Attendance Allowance letter
Carer’s Allowance letter of award
Incapacity Benefit letter
Employment & Support Allowance (ESA) letter
A valid Blue Badge.
A BD8 registration card
A Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
A local authority registration document (local to the attraction)
A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
Credibility’s Access Card, with the Essential Companions (+1) symbol awarded

Please note that if the companion is participating in the activity themselves, then they would be required to pay for their admission. A companion pass only allows general access to our facilities to ensure that an individual that requires the support can attend their activity, this does not guarantee a space on bookable sessions.
