Active iTrain is our 24/7 certified Hammer Strength gym in Dukinfield, with secure fingerprint entry. iTrain is spread over 2 floors, with 32 Life Fitness cardio machines, 25 pin loaded resistance stations, 9 plate loaded machines, 3 platforms and a 65-metre indoor running track.

To suit our juniors, we have a Gym & Swim membership* available for ages 13-15 years at a centre of your choice (excluding iTrain). We also have a Swim only* option for ages 5+ at a centre of your choice.

*Active Junior access days and times:

Term time – Mondays to Thursdays from 3pm–6pm, Fridays from 3pm – 8pm and weekends from 10am-4pm.

Tameside School holidays – Mondays to Thursdays from 12pm–6pm, Fridays from 12pm – 8pm and weekends from 10am-4pm.
